BFA - Ball State University, 1989. Graphic Design, Printmaking
MFA- Southern Illinois University, 1992. Printmaking, Fibers
I currently live in a suburb of Indianapolis, Indiana, after living in several other states,
and working in a variety of jobs. Besides creating art, I spend time with any critter that
looks my way, read voraciously, plant odd flowers that have no relation to each other
and bird-watch. In my free-time I complain about other people & the weather.
I've been a vegetarian for 23 years and still love it! I can't wait to retire so I can drink
cocktails, eat coffee cake, and make art all day. I was a drummer in a rock band many
years ago, and a tree in another life.
My work has been featured in various shows and galleries for the past 20 years.
Many of my pieces are currently for sale, and I will also work on commission.
I price my work by the square foot, and by the techniques or materials used in the quilt.
A commissioned piece requires 50% payment in advance, once we have agreed on the
size, and materials to be used. Techniques that are done by hand will cost more because
they take more time. If you would like to purchase a quilt, discuss a commission, or price,
or learn more about my work, please contact me through the information listed below.
Thanks for visiting & come back soon!
